Tests Provided

Digital X-Ray

• QMX currently has 14 vans covering North Carolina. Each van acts as a mobile office, allowing x-rays to be taken, processed, and transmitted on-site, reducing the time from completion of the x-ray to reciept of the final report.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound test are done bedside. The following tests can be performed:

• Vascular Studies
• Carotid
• Abdominal Vascular (IVC, Aorta, Renal Arteries, Mesenteric Arteries)
• Venous (Upper and Lower Extremities)
• Arterial (Upper and Lower Extremities)
• Thyroid
• Venous Studies
• Abdomen/Retro Peritoneum Studies
• Echocardiogram

EKG's

• 12 lead process

Bone Density Scans

• Total test time takes only 2 minutes. The test scans the patient's hand to determine bone density.

AMRADNET

The American Radiologist Network provides QMX with board-certified radiologists who are licensed in North Carolina, and a HIPAA compliant network for sharing and viewing reports and x-rays. Using the internet as the network's backdrop, national expertise is brought to the patient. The network allows facilities and doctors to access the reports and x-rays 24 hours a day, through a unique facility username and password.

Availability

Quality Mobile X-Ray provides x-ray service 24 hours a day in the Charlotte, Hickory, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Raleigh area, Monday thru Friday.

Quality Mobile X-Ray provides x-ray service from 8AM to 8PM on the Coast and Asheville areas, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Ultrasound services will be provided Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

Time to reach the facility from call is usually under 4 hours on regular calls, 2 hours and under on STAT calls.

Final typed reports are available within 1 hour of exam.

Billing

Our dedicated billing department will file all patient insurance claims as a service to the patient. This lessens the stress on the patient and the facility.
